颈动脉-海绵窦瘘的血管内治疗(附14例报告)

本文报告14例颈动脉-海绵窦瘘的血管内治疗结果。颈内动脉-海绵窦瘘9例,均用球囊栓塞治愈,颈内、颈外动脉混合性海绵窦瘘4例.2例用球囊闭塞颈内动脉瘘11.2例颈内动脉-脑膜支窦瘘未处理、1例颈外动脉-海绵窦瘘均用固体微粒、真丝线段闭塞、1例单纯颈外动脉瘘用IBCA效果良好。本组颈内动脉通畅率为45.5％,分析了其原因,指出了改进的办法,本组有2例、在原瘘口栓塞后,又出现新的瘘,对其可能原因提出了自已的看法。

Treatment of carotid-cavernous fistulas by en-dovascular occlusion,with report of 14 cases

14 cases of carotid-cavernous fistulas treated by endovascular occlusion were presented. Of these 14 cases, 9 cases with internal carotid-cavernous fistulas were treated with balloon occlusion; 4 cases with mixed internal and external carotid-cavernous fistulas,2 cases were treated by occluding the external carotid fistulas with solid granule or silk suture, and another 2 cases with small fistulas, the dural branch of internal carotid remain untreated; 1 case with external carotid fistula was treated with isobutlyl-2-cyanoacrylate, and had a good recovery. About 45. 5% of the treated cases maintained patent of internal carotid artery, and 2 cases in this series after the embolization happened to have another new fistulas.
