| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清胆红素水平与心血管疾病的关系。方法检测96例冠心病患者及35名健康对照者血清总胆红素水平,并进行相关的统计分析。结果冠心病组血清总胆红素平均水平低于健康对照组,统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0． 05)。结论生理条件下,低浓度血清总胆红素水平与心血管疾病发病率之间呈负相关,可能是冠心病的又一独立危险因子。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation between coronary heart disease (CHD) and serum bilirubin levels. Methods Serum bilirubin and lipids of 96 patients with CHD and 35 healthy controls were measured. Results Total bilirubin levels of patients with CHD was lower than that of healthy controls.There was a significant difference in two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion In normal physiological conditions,there was a negative correlation between CHD and serum total bilirubin.Therefore,serum total bilirubin levels may be an independent risk factor of CHD. |
