| 摘 要： | 对68例系统型红斑狼疮患者辨证分为热毒炽盛型、脾肾阳虚型、阴虚内热型、肝肾阴虚型4型,同时检测免疫学实验指标自身抗体、免疫球蛋白、补体,经对比分析发现抗ds-DNA抗体、IgA、C3C4、γG在相关证中差异出现显著性(P＜0.01或P＜0.05),可作为辨证客观参考指标.ANA做为诊断指标在相关证中差异无显著性(P＞0.05),IgG、IgM各证间差异未见显著性(P＞0.05),对指导辨证分型意义不大.
