青海海晏县男性超重/肥胖与行为生活方式调查分析

目的了解青海海晏县男性超重/肥胖与行为生活方式,为相关干预措施的开展提供理论依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法抽取居民800人,并对其进行调查和体格检查,用SPSS统计软件对居民超重和肥胖现状进行分析。结果青海海晏县男性超重率和肥胖率分别为33.80%和8.40%,高于2000年国民体质监测水平男性超重率和肥胖率31.90%和7.65%。少数民族超重、肥胖率分布比例均高于汉族,干部超重、肥胖分布率高于其他职业,31~65岁间超重、肥胖率明显升高。男性超重肥胖的危险因素依次是:日均动物食品摄入量、年龄、家族肥胖史,保护因素为参加体育活动、进食速度、工作强度。结论高原地区男性超重、肥胖患病率不断上升,应积极在青年人和成年人中广泛开展控制体重的宣传教育及制定干预计划。

Survey on the overw eight/obesity status and lifestyle among men in country of Qinghai

Objective To understand the overwe ight/obesity status and lifestyle among men in country of Qinghai. Methods With random cluster sampling to man residents 800,And carries on the investigation and physical examination of the present situation of residents, for overweight and obesity were analyzed by statistical software SPSS. Results The rates of overweight and obesity are 33.80%and 8.40%, highter than the average level of China in 2000. Minority overweight, obesity rate distribution proportion are higher than the han nationality, cadres are overweight and obese distribution rate is higher than other professions, 31-65-year-old between overweight and obesity rates rise significantly.Men overweight obesity risk factors are in turn： average daily animal food intake, age, family history of obesity, protective factors of sports activities, feeding speed, the working strength. Conclusions Men Residents were overweight, obesity prevalence rising plateau areas, should actively in youth and adults to carry out extensive publicity and education for weight control and intervention program.
