中晚期孕妇营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)调查

目的了解郑州市中晚期孕妇营养知识(K)、态度(A)、行为(P)的情况及其可能的影响因素,为指导孕妇合理膳食提供理论依据。方法采用问卷对郑州市某医院2012年9月~11月进行产前保健的156名中晚期孕妇进行一般情况及营养KAP调查。结果所调查的孕妇的营养KAP总体水平较好,但存在一些认知及行为上的问题;营养态度普遍较好;孕妇营养KAP水平受学历、职业的影响;营养KAP评分之间有明显的正相关性。结论所调查的郑州市孕妇的营养知识有待提高,饮食行为有待改善。可以充分利用孕妇积极的营养态度,以大众媒体作为主要宣传途径广泛开展孕期营养知识宣教。

Investigation of Nutritional Knowledge,Attitude and Practice in the middle and late period of Pregnancy

Objective To investigate the status of nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice （KAP）in the middle and late period of Pregnancy in Zhengzhou. Methods Total of 156 pregnant women attending the routine pregnancy check in one university affiliated hospital was randomly selected and investigated from Sept. to Nov. in 2012 in Zhengzhou. Self designed questionnaire regarding the nutrition KAP was applied in the survey. Results The overall nutritional KAP status was fair, while some inappropriate nutritional behavior and cognitive were found in the investigated women. The education level and job type were the major impact factors on their KAP level. Conclusions Nutritional education should be strengthened and improved in the pregnant women who are at the stage of 2nd and 3rd trimesters of gestation period. Multiple public medium might be the better way to conduct the education procedure.
