| 摘 要： | 本文报告电子计算机断层照相诊断肝、胆、胰疾病224例次,因 CT 密度分辨力高,可探测组织结构的 CT 值,而将两种或两种以上不同结构加以鉴别,从而作出比较准确的定性诊断。在诊断肝癌、肝囊肿、肝血管瘤、脂肪肝、肝硬化、肝血色素沉着病,及胆道和胰腺结石、肿瘤、炎症方面均有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | The authors report the role of CT in the diagnosis of hepato-biliary-pa- ncreatic diseases in 224 cases.Its merit is the high resolving ability in differ- entiating different kinds of structures.CT can be used in the diagnosis of li- ver cancer.cyst,hepatic hemangioma,fatty liver,hepatocirrhosis,hemochroma- tosisand the stone,inflammation,tumor of the biliary tract and pancreas. But CT has also its limitations in clinical diagnosis.So,a correct diagnosis can only be done depending on a comprehensive analysis of history,physical examination,laboratory data and the results of X-ray and CT examinations. |
