温针治疗膝痛48例临床观察

目的:观察针灸临床中采用温针治疗膝关节疼痛中医辨证分型为痛痹一型的治疗效果。方法:取血海、梁丘、阿是穴1～2个为主穴,采用温针灸治疗,取辅穴根据临床症状随证加减,单纯针刺留针,每治疗10次为1个疗程计算。结果:温针治疗48例痛痹型膝关节痛的病例疗效明显,有效率达91.7%。结论:温针是治疗痹证膝痛的有效治疗方法之一,治疗方法简单安全,应在针灸临床中广泛开展。

Clinical Observation of 48 Cases With Knee Arthralgia Treated With Warming Meedle

Objective:Observe on the treatment effect of warming needle on knee arthralgia which is classed as cold-aggravated arthralgia type-I by Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome Differentiation.Methods:The main points could be selected 1 or 2 acupuncture points from Xiehai,Liangqiu and Ashi,and the auxiliary points could be added or lessened according to the clinical symptoms,taking the simple acupuncture and needle remaining,10 sessions constituting one course.Results:There was obvious treatment effect for 48 cases with knee arthralgia of cold-aggravated arthralgia type treated with warming needle,and the effective rate was up to 91.7%.Conclusion:Warming needle is one of effective treatment methods for knee arthralgia aggravated by cold,and it is simple,safety,so it should be developed in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion extensively.
