肉巫蓉对正常对肾阳虚大鼠排尿的影响

摘    要:目的:观察肉苁蓉对雄性正常大鼠及“肾阳虚”大鼠排尿的影响。方法:给正常雄性大鼠一次ig肉苁蓉,收集测量给药后不同时间内的排尿量;用im氢化可的松造成“肾阳虚”大鼠模型,同时连续ig肉苁蓉,末次给药后收集测量给药后不同时间内的排尿量,并称量体重及体内部分脏其重量。结果:雄性正常大鼠一次ig肉苁蓉10g/kg和20g/kg明显增加给药后0-1h及1-2h的排尿量。与对正常大鼠的作用相反,给大鼠连续ig肉苁蓉10d,明显减少“肾阳虚”大鼠末次给药后0-1h,1-2h内的排尿量增加,并增加“肾阳虚”大鼠的体重和部分脏器重量。结论:肉苁蓉对正常大鼠和“肾阳虚”大鼠的排尿具有不同的调节作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the pharmacological activity of Cistanche deserticola in normal and deficiency Shen-yang rats. Methods: Firstly, to collect the urinary volume of 0~1h, 1~2h, 2~4h and 4~6h separately after the normal male rats were administrated with Cistanche deserticola. Secondly, Deficiency Shen-yang rat model were induced by muscle injection of hydrocortisone, Effects of Cistanche deserticolaon deficiency Shen-yang rats were studied by collecting the urinary volume and weighting animal body and viseral organs weight after 10 days successive administration of Cistanche deserticola. Results: After one dose administration of Cistanche deserticola in normal male rats at 10g/kg or 20g/kg, the urinary volumes were increased during 0~1h and 1~2h after administration. On the other hand, at dose of 10g/kg or 20g/kg 10 day administration in deficiency Shen-yang rats, Cistanche deserticola has the pharmacolgoical activity of reduce the urinary volumes during 0~1h and 1~2h after last administration and increasing the body and some organ weight. Conclusion: Cistanche deserticola has showed difference pharmacological activity of urinary in normal and deficiency Shen-yang rats, and this maybe the regulative effect of Cistanche deserticola in normal and morbid animal models.
