摘    要:目的 比较不同品种菊花的不同部位中绿原酸、黄苓苷和槲皮素的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,以绿原酸、黄芩苷和槲皮素为对照,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-水(用冰醋酸调pH值)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为337nm,柱温为25℃。结果 不同品种的花中绿原酸的含量为0.21%-0.40%.黄芩苷的含量为6.62%~8.60%,槲皮素的含量为0.18%~0.25%;不同品种的叶中绿原酸的含量为1.18%~1.69%.茎中绿原酸的含量为0.19%~0.36%。不同品种的叶和茎中黄芩苷和槲皮素含量均较少或没有。结论 观赏性菊花不同品种及不同部位中绿原酸、黄苓苷和槲皮素的含量不同,但均具有一定的药用价值,可为观赏性菊花的合理利用提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To compare the content of Chlorogenic Acid, Quercetin and baicalin in different varieties and different parts of the chrysanthemum. Methods A hypersil ODS C 18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. methanolwater (with glacial acetic acid for adjusting pH value) was used as mobile phase with gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wave length was 337 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Results The content of Chlorogenic Acid, baicalin and Quercetin in the different varieties flower were in the ranges 0.21%-0.40%, 6.62%- 8.60% and 0.18%-0.25%. The Chlorogenic Acid in the different varieties leaf and stem were 1.18%-1.69% and 0.19% -0.36%. The content of Quercetin and Baicalin in different varieties of leaves and stems are little or no. Conclusion The content of Chlorogenic Acid, Quercetin and Baicalin in different varieties and different parts of the chrysanthemum are different, but all have certain medical value. This can be used as reference for application of the chrysanthemum.
