布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸特布他林雾化治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的效果

目的 研究布地奈德混悬液与硫酸特布他林雾化治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法 选择2013年7月～2014年1月首都医科大学良乡教学医院门诊就诊的哮喘患儿112例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各56例。两组患儿均采取吸氧、抗感染、解痉、祛痰等常规治疗措施。对照组在常规治疗的基础上单用布地奈德混液雾化吸入治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗方法 。观察比较两组患儿疗效、症状消失时间、肺功能测定以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组和对照组患儿在治疗前后FEV1％和PEF％比较．差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组患儿FEV1％和PEF％比较明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组患儿体征和症状消失时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患儿在治疗期间不良反应发生率方面比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 布地奈德联合硫酸特布他林雾化治疗儿童支气管哮喘的效果明显优于单用使用布地奈德混悬液，且不良反应少，值得临床推广和使用。

Effect analysis of inhalation of Budesonide Suspension combined with Terbutaline Sulfate treating for children with asthma of acute attack

Objective To study the effect of the inhalation of Budesonide Suspension combined with Terbutaline Sulfate treating for children with asthma of acute attack. Methods A total of 112 cases of children with asthma of acute attack in Liangxiang Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University from July 2013 to January 2014, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group were given Budesonide Suspension aerosol inhalation, and the observation group were given Budesonide Suspension combined with Terbutaline Sulfate aerosol inhalation. Results After the treatment, FEV1% and PEF% of two groups were compared with those before the treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, FEV1% and PEF% of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The symptoms disappear time of the observation group improved more significantly after treatment than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the inhalation of Budesonide Suspension combined with Terbutaline Sulfate is better than Budesonide Suspension alone, and less adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical promotion and using.
