肠道致病大肠埃希菌流行病学和分子机制的研究进展

摘    要:肠道大肠埃希菌既是人类正常菌群又是造成全世界发病和死亡的重要病原体。肠道致病大肠埃希菌传统上分为6种:肠道致病性大肠埃希菌(EPEC)、肠道出血性大肠埃希菌(EHEC)、肠道侵袭性大肠埃希菌(EIEC)、肠道聚集性大肠埃希菌(EAEC)、肠道产毒素性大肠杆(ETEC)和弥漫黏附大肠埃希菌(DAEC)。本文中提出肠道致病型大肠埃希菌分为8种,还包括2种新的致病型大肠埃希菌——黏附浸润性大肠埃希菌(AIEC)和产志贺毒素的聚集性大肠埃希菌(STEAEC)。在人类宿主细胞中,通过检测肠道大肠埃希菌移植和研究疾病的分子机制.发现肠道致病型大肠埃希菌根据Ⅲ型分泌系统(T3SS),可分为依赖T3SS致病型(EHEC、EPEC、EIEC)和非依赖T3SS致病型(ETEC、EAEC、STEAEC、DAEC、AIEC)2大类。本文主要介绍了肠道致病大肠埃希菌的流行病学和分子机制的研究进展。

Abstract:The intestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli (E.coli) is a human normal flora and an important pathogenwhich causes morbidity and mortality of human all over the world. The intestinal pathogenic E.coli is traditionally di- vided into six types, including EPEC, EHEC, EIEC, EAEC, ETEC and DAEC. In this review, the intestinal pathogenic E.coli is divided into eight types, also including two kinds of new pathogenic E.coli--AIEC and STEAEC. In the hu- man host cell, we tested the intestinal transplantation of E.coli and leaded to the molecular mechanism of disease, found that the intestinal pathogenic E.coli independing Ⅲ type of secretion system (T3SS) is divided into two types, including depending T3SS type (EHEC, EPEC and EIEC) and independing T3SS type (ETEC, EAEC, STEAEC, DAEC and AIEC). This article introduces research progress on epidemiology and molecular mechanism of the intesti- nal pathogenic E.coli.
