| 摘 要： | 总结桂林医学院附属医院婴幼儿门诊静脉输液护理管理工作。医院通过对婴幼儿门诊静脉输液服务流程再造，建立专门的婴幼儿静脉输液室，加强护士队伍建设和业务培训，严格按流程操作，药品不良反应的防范，实行“预约输液”服务，加强护患沟通、做好心理护理，加强输液室院内感染管理等方面有效管理，规范了护理行为，减少了影响护理安全隐患的因素，提高了护理工作质量。

| Abstract: | This review summarizes the nursing management in intravenous infusion center of infant outpatient. Affili- ated Hospital of Guilin Medical University formulates standardized nursing behavior, reduces the security risks of af- fecting nursing and improves the nursing quality through the following effective managements： reengineering service process in intravenous infusion center of infant patient outpatient, establishing specialized infant patients intravenous infusion room, strengthening nurse team building and business training, operating in strict accordance with the process, preventing drug adverse reactions, implementing ＂appointment infusion＂ service, strengthening nurse-patient commu- nication, psychological care and the nosocomial infections of infusion room. |
