| 摘 要： | 近年来我国很多地区胃癌发生部位有改变的趋势：近端胃癌发病率有所增加，远端胃癌发病率有所下降，对于造成这一现象的因素多种多样，本文主要综述了胃癌患者饮食、所处的地域、性别、年龄、组织学类型、幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌发生部位之间关系的研究进展。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the stomach cancer＇s location in many areas of China has a tendency to change： the proxi- mal stomach cancer incidence has increased, distal gastric cancer ineidence has declined. There are kinds of factors lead to this phenomenon. This paper mainly summarizes the research progress that the changes of gastric cancerls lo- cation are related to diets, region, gender, age, histological types and helieobacter pylori infection of the stomach can- cer patients. |
