多媒体教学在门诊护理管理中的体会

摘    要:目的 探讨利用多媒体教学在门诊护理管理中的应用效果,改变传统的说教管理方法.方法 将川北医学院附属医院门诊预检分诊护士38名进行培训,选拔优秀教学老师,制定教学计划,将教学内容用文字、图片、音频、视频等,制作成多媒体课件,每月2次有计划地实施多媒体教学.培训结束后,进行理论实践技能考核和问卷调查,并对成绩和结果进行统计学分析.结果 多媒体教学后考核平均得分护士分诊预诊、专科知识(94.29±2.73)分,沟通技巧(92.82±4.05)分,急救技能(95.92±2.69)分]均较教学前有明显提高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01).门诊患者及家属满意度(96.50%)、专家教授满意度(96.66%)、护士受尊重程度(94.74%)均较教学前提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护士的职业形象、自身价值认可及岗位稳定性结果均优于教学前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 多媒体教学管理模式,适合门诊多学科工作的特点,不但提高护理队伍的分诊预诊知识、各专科知识、职业形象、沟通技能和急救技能,同时也提高服务质量,提高了医生和患者的满意度、自我价值的认可度以及团队的凝聚力.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of multi-media teaching on out-patient nursing management and improve traditional management methods.Methods 38 nurses who worked on the triage diagnosis and pre-diagnosis at the out-patient department were administered with a special training.Excellent nursing teachers were selected to make the training plan and design multimedia course-wares which integrated written materials,pictures and audio-video materials.Multi-media teaching was implemented twice per month according to the plans.After the training,theory examination,practicall skill examination and questionnaire were given,and the results were statistics analyzed.Results After receiving the multi-media teaching,those nurses who accepted the training performed much better than before,with the averages scores in the tests of triage diagnosis,pre-diagnosis knowledge and specialty health education (94.29±2.73) points],communicative skills (92.82±4.05) points] and first aid skills (95.92±2.69) points] were higher than those before the training,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01).The satisfactory degrees of patients and their families (96.50%) and experts (96.66%),and the degrees of nurses' being respected (94.74%)were increased than before the training,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The professional image,de grees of acceptance of self-value and job stability of nurses were all better than before,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The mode of multi-media teaching is suitable to the nature of multi-specialty work of the out-patient department.It not only helps to enhance nurses' knowledge in triage diagnosis and pre-diagnosis and specialties,professional image,communicative and first aid skills,but also improve the service quality,increase the satisfactory degree of doctors and patients and the acceptance degree of self-value and strengthen the team cohesiveness.
