中医临床护理路径在特发性面神经麻痹患者中的应用

目的 探讨应用中医临床护理路径在特发性面神经麻痹患者中的效果.方法 选取2011年4月～2013年4月杭州市萧山区中医院收治住院的特发性面神经麻痹患者90例,按住院号末位数单双号分为对照组45例和治疗组45例,对照组按常规实施护理,治疗组采用中医临床护理路径实施护理,治疗1个疗程后观察两组的临床疗效、平均住院日、住院费用、患者的满意度及健康教育知识掌握程度.结果 ①治疗组痊愈率77.8％（35/45）]及总有效率100.0％ （45/45）]较对照组明显提高44.4％ （20/45）、86.7％ （39/45）],两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.②治疗组平均住院日（12.1±1.5）d]、住院费用（4523.0±185.0）元]较对照组明显降低（15.3±2.5）d、（6450.8±267.4）元],患者总满意度100.0％ （45/45）]及健康教育知识掌握程度95.6％（43/45）]较对照组提高48.9％（22/45）、44.4％（20/45）],差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05或P＜ 0.01）.结论 中医临床护理路径的实施能提高特发性面神经麻痹患者的疗效、患者满意度及健康教育知识掌握程度,缩短其平均住院时间,降低住院费用.

Clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine in the application of the patients with idiopathic facial palsy

Objective To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine to idiopathic facial paralysis.Methods 90 patients with idiopathic facial paralysis from April 2011 to April 2013 in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Xiaoshan District in Hangzhou City were randomly equally divided into control group and treatment group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the treatment group clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine.Clinical curative effect,average hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,patient satisfaction,mastery of health knowledge were observed after a course of treatment.Results ①Recovery rate and total effective rate in treatment group 77.8% （35/45）,100.0% （45/45）] were higher than those in control group 44.4% （20/45）,86.7% （39/45）],the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.②Average length of stay,hospitalization expenses in treatment group （12.1±1.5） d,（4523.0±185.0） yuan] were lower than control group （15.3±2.5） d,（6450.8±267.4） yuan]; the total satisfaction,mastery of health knowledge of observation group 100.0% （45/45）,95.6% （43/45）]were higher than those in control group 48.9% （22/45）,44.4% （20/45）],the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese can improve curative effect of idiopathic facial paralysis,patient satisfaction and mastery of health knowledge,shorten average hospitalization days,reduce hospitalization expenses.
