摘    要:医院绩效体系中的职能处室绩效目标的确立是实现绩效管理的基础。鉴于职能处室工作复杂性和特点,应用适当的管理工具是建立有效的职能处室绩效目标的关键。基于价值树模型使绩效管理与医院发展和谐一致成为可能。本文结合北京同仁医院的应用实例,阐述了应用价值树模型构建医院职能处室绩效目标的方法与步骤,总结并分析了价值树模型在职能处室绩效考核应用中的优点。

Abstract:The establishing of functional offices′ performance objectives is the basis of performance management in hospital. In view of the complexity and characteristics of functional offices′ work, the application of appropriate management tools is the key to establish effective functional offices′ performance objectives. It has become possible to make performance management and hospital development in harmony by using value tree model. Based on application examples in Beijing Tongren Hospital, this thesis describes the methods and procedures of establishing functional offices′ performance objectives by using value tree model, and analyzes the advantage of applications.
