女性住院精神疾病患者月经失调现状分析及护理对策

目的了解女性住院精神疾病患者月经失调情况分布,探讨其影响因素及护理策略。方法选择2011年10月～2012年9月浙江省潮州市第三人民医院封闭管理女病房患者548例为研究对象,调查所有患者入院前月经规律的女性住院精神疾病患者在住院期间出现月经失调的类型、构成比以及在各种疾病中的分布情况。结果女性住院患者出现月经失调比例达到42．1％,其中以月经延迟为主,精神分裂症患者出现月经失调比例最高,达到70．2％。结论女性住院患者月经失调发生率较高,要加强心理护理,提高护理质量,降低月经失调的发生率。

Status analysis and nursing countermeasures of hospitalized female psychiatric patients with menstrual disorders

Objective To understand the distribution of menstrual disorders in hospitalized female psychiatric patients and discuss the influence factors and nursing strategies. Methods 548 female hospitalized patients who were closed management and all respondents from October 2011 to September 2012 in the Third People＇s Hospital of Huzhou City were selected as study objects. The type and constituent ratio of nosocomial menstrual disorders, and its distribution in different diseases were investigated in hospitalized female psychiatric patients. Results The menstrual disorders proportion reached 42.1% in hospitalized female psychiatric patients and it was mainly to delayed menstruation. Patients with schizophrenia have the highest proportion of menstrual disorders reached 70.2%. Conclusion The incidence of men- strual disorders is higher in hospitalized female psychiatric patients, suggested that to reduce the incidence of menstrual disorder, one should strengthen the psychological nursing and improve the quality of nursing.
