摘    要:目的 建立藏药结血蒿药材中活性成分熊果酸的定量分析方法 ,测定熊果酸含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法),色谱柱为Aglient XDB C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液,体积流量1.0mL/min,检测波长210nm。结果 熊果酸在60-190μg的质量浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997):平均回收率为93.22%,RSD为2.64%。结论 所建立的HPLC法简便快捷、准确。可用于结血蒿药材成分的定量测定及质量控制,为安全、合理、有效用药及制定藏药结血蒿的药材质量标准提供科学依据。

Content determination of ursolic acid in Artemisia vestita Wall. ex Bess. by HPLC method

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining ursohc acid in different fractions of Artemisia vestita Wall, ex Bess. Methods The separation was performed on Aglient XDB C18 (4.6 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm) by HPLC, using methanol - 0.1% phosphoric as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The linear range of ursolie acid was 50-190 μg ( r = 0.9997). The average recoveries was 93.22% with RSD of 2.64%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and it can be used for the quality control of Artemisia vestita Wall. ex Bess
