预见性护理在颈椎手术患者围术期中的应用

目的探讨预见性护理在颈椎手术患者围术期中的应用。方法按入院先后顺序，将浙江省宁波市第二医院骨科中心2013年6～12月收住行颈椎手术的患者分为对照组19例和观察组23例，对照组实施普通的常规护理，观察组实施预见性护理，对比患者满意度和并发症的发生情况。结果观察组并发症的发生率为13．O％。住院时间为（10．47±2．21）d，患者满意度95．7％，均优于对照组42．1％，（14．26±3．65）d，68．4％]，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过预见性护理，可以有效地降低颈椎手术患者各种并发症的发生率，使患者对护理服务的满意度大大提高．值得在临床上应用和推广。

Application of predictive nursing in patients with cervical spine surgery during perioperative period

Objective To study the application of predictive nursing in patients with cervical spine surgery during perioperative period. Methods Patients received cervical spine surgery between June 2013 and December 2013 in Department of Orthopedics Center of Ningbo Second Hospital, were divided into the control group （19 cases） and observation group （23 cases） according to admission order. The control group was given common nursing, while the observation group was given predictive nursing. Patient satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications of patients, the hospitalization period and the patient satisfaction in observation group were 13.0%, （10.47±2.21） d, and 95.7%, respectively, which were all superior to the control group with the statistical difference 42.l%, （14.26±3.65） d, 68.4%, P 〈 0.05]. Conclusion Through the predictive nursing, it can effectively reduce the incidence of various complications in patients with cervical spine surgery, thus greatly increasing the patients＇satis- faction to nursing service, which is worth of clinical application and promotion.
