摘    要:目的 优化黄芩中黄芩苷的提取工艺.方法 采用中心组合设计方法,研究乙醇浓度、超声时间、液固比及其交互作用对黄芩苷提取率的影响,应用SAS软件和响应面分析相结合的方法,模拟得到回归方程的预测模型和可信度,并通过岭脊分析得到黄芩苷最佳提取条件.结果 黄芩苷最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度67%、超声时间57 min、液固比150 mL/g,该条件下提取率为10.05%.结论 超声提取法是一种高效、快速提取黄芩中黄芩苷的方法.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technique for Baicalin from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.Methods The effects of ethanol concentration,ultrasonic extraction time,the liquid-solid ratio and their interaction on extraction rate were studied by central composite design.The predictive model and reliability were developed by SAS software and response surface methodology.Results The optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions were achieved and listed as follows:ethanol concentration was 67%,ultrasonic extraction time was 57 min,the liquid-solid ratio was 150 mL/g,through ridge analysis,under the optimum conditions,the extraction yield of Baicalin was 10.05%.Conclusion Ultrasonic-assisted extraction is proved to be a kind of efficient and rapid method for extraction of baicalin from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
