| 摘 要： | 文章基于二级医院中药房用药咨询过程中患者提出的常见问题,指出了目前用药咨询服务存在的不足,并给出了相应建议,如医院应重视用药咨询服务,加强药师能力建设,加强与医师的沟通协作,加强药师职业道德修养等,为二级医院中药房开展用药咨询服务提供有益参考.

| Abstract: | Based on the common questions that the secondary hospital patients put forward in the process of TCM pharmacy medication consultation,the article points out the shortages existing in current medical consulting services and gives the corresponding suggestions,such as the hospital should pay attention to medical consulting services,strengthen the construction of pharmacists ability,strengthen the communication with physicians in collaboration,strengthen pharmacists professional moral accomplishment,etc..For the secondary hospitals TCM pharmacy medication consultation service provide the beneficial reference. |
