| 摘 要： | 卵巢储备功能下降近年发病率呈上升趋势，严重影响了女性内分泌及生育功能。中医认为本病发生以肾虚为本，兼有肝郁、脾虚、血瘀等，现代医学认为本病病因复杂。在治疗上，中医药辨证论治，对卵巢内分泌及生育功能有一定的改善，西医以激素和辅助生殖技术治疗为主，疗效与风险并存，中西医结合在本病治疗上有很大的研究空间。

| Abstract: | The morbidity of ovarian reserve function decline is on the rise in recent years, it seriously affect the female endocrine and reproductive function. The disease occurres in kidney, liver depression, insufficiency of the spleen, blood stasis according to the traditional Chinese medicine, in modem medicine, the etiology of disease is complex. Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment has certain improvement in ovarian endocrine and reproductive functions. Western medicine give priority to hormone and assisted reproductive technology, efficacy and risk coexist, traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern medicine has space research in the treatment of the disease. |
