氦氖激光应用于天疱疮、大疱性类天疱疮的临床研究

目的 探讨氦氖激光局部照射治疗天疱疮、大疱性类天疱疮的临床效果.方法 选择2003年1月～2012年5月来新乡市中心医院皮肤科就诊的天疱疮、大疱性类天疱疮患者69例,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组38例、对照组31例,两组均给予正规的系统皮质类固醇治疗,治疗组加用氦氖激光局部照射患者皮肤黏膜的糜烂面,疗程8周,观察并比较皮损控制时间、治疗效果及并发症情况.结果 ①两组患者无新疱疮出现时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.治疗组患者糜烂面基本无渗出时间（7.03±1.56）d]、糜烂溃疡面基本愈合时间（15.16±2.13）d]均短于对照组（10.53±2.75）、（18.67±2.53）d],差异均有高度统计学意义（P＜0.01）.②治疗组治疗8周后痊愈率73.7％（28/38）]、总有效率86.8％（33/38）]虽略高于对照组61.3％（19/31）、74.2％ （23/31）],但统计学比较显示差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.③治疗组出现5例不良反应,对照组出现4例不良反应,治疗后均恢复正常.结论氦氖激光确实能对天疱疮、大疱性类天疱疮患者的皮肤黏膜糜烂面早期愈合起到很好的作用,副作用较小,临床值得推广.

Clinical research on He-Ne lasers in the treatment of pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid

Objective To investigate the clinical research on He-Ne lasers in the treatment of pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid.Methods 69 cases of pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid in Central Hospital of Xinxiang City from January 2003 to May 2012 were selected and divided into treatment group with 38 cases and control group with 31 cases.The formal treatment of corticosteroids was used in the two groups,He-Ne lasers was used in treatment group on the bases of the control group,the treatment courses were 8 weeks.Lesion control time,therapeutic effect and complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results ①The differences of no pemphigus time in the two groups were not statistically significant （P ＞ 0.05）.erosion surface no seepage time,debaucjed ulcer surface basic healing time in treatment group （7.03±1.56）,（15.16±2.13） d] were all shorter than those in control group （10.53±2.75）,（18.67±2.53） d],the differences were statistically significant （P ＜ 0.01）.②The differences complete cure rate and total effective rate 8 weeks after the treatment between treatment group 73.7％ （28/38）,86.8％ （33/38）] and the control group 61.3％（19/31）,74.2％ （23/31）] were not statistically significant （P ＞ 0.05）.③5 cases with complications in treatment group and 4 cases with complications in control group were found,all were returned to normal.Conclusion He-Ne lasers can promote the erosion surface early healing of skin mucous membrane in patients with pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid,and has no complication,it is worthy of clinical popularization.
