| 摘 要： | 目的对心内科护理中存在的风险进行分析，从而提出有针对性的对策。方法对110例心内科疾病患者的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果心内科护理中的风险来自于护士因素、患者因素、医院因素三个方面。结论心内科护理中存在的风险是多方面的，应该从加强护理人员的专业培训，规范书写护理文书，加强安全管理，制定有效的风险告知制度等综合防范。

| Abstract: | Objective The risks of nursing in department of cardiology were analyzed, and put forward some counter measures. Methods Clinical nursing data about 110 patients in Department of Cardiology were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results The risk of nursing in Department of Cardiology come from nurse, patients and hospital fac tors. Conclusions There are many aspects in the risk of nursing in Department of Cardiology, we should strengthen the professional training of nursing staff, standardize nursing documents writing, strengthen safely management, formulate ef fective risk information system. |
