高等医学院校附属医院党员发展行为与策略的探索与研究

党的十八大报告指出，要全面提高党的建设科学化水平，以增强党性、提高素质为重点，加强和改进党员队伍教育管理，提高发展党员质量。参照党章和新形势下党员发展和管理工作的总体要求，分析高等医学院校附属医院党员发展工作现况，从三方互动的角度梳理、分析与规范入党申请人、基层党组织和党务管理办公室三者在党员发展工作中的行为，提出了高校医学院附属医院党员发展保障策略机制研究。
