摘    要:随着高职高专院校办学规模的不断扩大,师资队伍中青年教师成为了主力军,他们的培养质量直接关系到学校的发展,影响到医学生的培养质量。因此,针对高职青年教师的现状及存在的问题,探讨其专业化发展的途径,将有效促进医学教育持续、协调、健康、快速发展。

Abstract:With the continuous expansion of the scale of vocational educational institutions, teachers become the main force of young teachers, their training quality is directly related to the development of schools, affecting quality of training medical students. Therefore, for the present situation of young teachers and vocational problems discussed their professional development path, continuing medical education will effectively promote, coordinate, healthy and rapid development.
