生大黄脐疗改善直肠癌患者永久性结肠造口功能效果评价

目的探讨生大黄脐疗改善直肠癌患者永久性结肠造口功能的效果。方法选取2012年7月～2013年7月在四川省简阳市中医医院进行结肠造口手术的直肠癌患者90例，其中45例于术后15d进行生大黄脐疗（实验组），另外45例只进行术后正常护理（对照组）。通过对患者进行电话随访和填写人工肛门功能评价表对两组患者的排便情况进行记录分析。结果手术3个月后，所有患者的人工肛门功能评分均有提高，但是实验组评分（8．23±1．89）分]显著高于对照组（4．79±1．52）分]，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。实验组71．1l％的患者形成规律性排便，显著高于对照组的15．56％，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论生大黄脐疗能有效改善直肠癌患者结肠造口的功能。

Effect evaluation of rhubarb navel therapy in improving the function of colostomy in patients with rectal cancer

Objective To explore the effects of rhubarb navel therapy on improving the function of colostomy in rectal cancer patients. Methods 90 patients with rectal cancer who underwent colostomy in Jianyang Integrated TCM Hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were selected. 45 cases underwent rhubarb navei therapy 15 days after the operation （ex- periment group）, while another 45 cases only received the routine care （control group）. Patients in the two groups were compared of their colostomy function and the formation of bowel regularity. Results The scores of function of the colostomy function in two groups were all improved after three months. The experiment group had a higher evaluation on their colostomy function （8.23±1.89） points vs （4.79±1.52） points] （P 〈 0.01）, and they had more patients formed bowel regularity （71.11% vs 15.56%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The rhubarb navel therapy can significantly improve the function of colostomy in patients with rectal cancer.
