摘    要:目的 研究葛花的急性毒性和遗传毒性.方法 开展葛花对小鼠的急性毒性和遗传毒性实验(Ames、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核和小鼠精子畸变试验),观察葛花的毒理学反应.结果 葛花急性毒性的最大耐受剂量> 30g/kg BW,属于无毒级别;Ames试验结果显示为阴性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验结果显示为阴性;小鼠精子畸变实验结果为阴性.结论 葛花基本无毒性.

Abstract:Objective To study the acutetoxicity and genetic toxicity test of pueraria flower.Methods Acute toxicity and genetic toxicity (including Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow cells in mice and sperm abnormality test in mice) were tested to observe the toxicological reaction of pueraria flower.Results The MTD of pueraria flower was higher than 30 g/kg BW,belonged to the non-toxic level.Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow cells in mice and sperm abnormality test in mice were all negative.Conclusion Puerari'a flower is non-toxic.
