疏风解痉法联合西药治疗 52 例咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

目的观察疏风解痉法联合西药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法选取北京市宣武中医医院及中日友好医院52例门诊患者，随机分为两组，对照组26例予舒利迭吸入剂50／250μg，1吸，bid，治疗组26例在对照组西药治疗的基础上配合疏风解痉法的中药汤剂口服，28d为1个疗程，治疗结束后观察疗效。结果治疗后，治疗组在咳嗽次数、咳嗽程度、咯痰及咽痒症状的缓解上明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组肺功能激发试验转阴率明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察90d复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组总疗效比较，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论疏风解痉法联合西药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘明显改善临床症状，效果优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical observation of 52 cases with cough variant asthma treated by arthritic antispasmodic method combined with western medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cough variant asthma （CVA） treated by arthritic antispasmodic method combined with western medicine. Methods 52 patients from both Xuanwu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing and China-Japan Friendship Hospital were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 26 cases in the control group were given Seretide Aerosol 50/250 μg, 1 suction, bid, while 26 cases in the treatment group were given a plus decoction of oral arthritic antispasmodic law with dispelling wind function on the ba- sis of the control group, 28 days for one course of treatment, and the efficacy was observed after the treatment. Results After treatment, the treatment group were better than the control group in frequency and degree of cough and the relief of expectorate and throat itching （P 〈 0.05）, the negative rate of pulmonary function excitation test were better, as well （P 〈 0.05）. Besides, the recurrence rate of 90 days was much lower （P 〈 0.05）. In all, the treatment group were better than the control group, it was significantly different （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of cough variant asthma treated by arthritic antispasmodic method combined with Seretide Inhalation Aerosol treatment are improved significantly and the efficacy is better than western medicine alone.
