| 摘 要： | 瘦素在控制人的食欲、能量消耗、代谢和体重方面起着非常重要的作用,这种激素也在调节体内葡萄糖平衡方面起着关键作用.人们已经尝试了很多种方法,通过利用这个机制来治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病患者,以及1型糖尿病患者,实验研究的结果是令人鼓舞的,然而,人们还需要进一步的临床研究来评估这种治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Leptin plays a very important role in controlling of the appetite,energy expenditure,metabolism and body weight.It also plays a very important role in regulating the body of this hormone and glucose homeostasis.People have tried a variety of ways,through the use of this mechanism to treat obesity,type 2 diabetes,and type 1 diabetes.Experimental results of the study are encouraging.However,people still need further clinical studies to evaluate this treatment. |
