摘    要:目的应用锥形术CT评价磨牙根管充填质量,提出适宜的根管充填质量评价标准。方法选择2012年5月~2013年4月在福建医科大学附属福州市第一医院口腔科接受磨牙根管治疗的息牙70颗,所有患牙经过完善的根管治疗,经患者知情同意后拍摄锥形术CT,从三维方向从根管长度、密度评价每一个根管的根管充填质量。结果70颗患牙共219个根管,以患牙数计数,70颗患牙根管充填长度合格率为64.3%(45/70),根管充填密度合格率为97.1%(68/70);以219个根管计数,恰填率为84.5%(185/219),欠填率为5.9%(13/219),超填率为7.8%(17/219),根管充填密度合格率为99.0%(217/219)。结论锥形术CT可以从根管长度、密度三维地评价磨牙根管充填质量,评价结果准确可靠。’

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the quality of cone bean CT (CBCT) in molar root canal filling, to make an appropri- ate criteria of root canal filling quality. Methods 70 molars of root canal treatment from May 2012 to April 2013 in Department of Stomatology, Fuzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were selected, all the patients were operated by perfect root canal treatment and then accepted the CBCT. The quality of RCT was evaluated for every root canal in the length and the density of root canal in three dimensions. Results Total 219 root canals of 70 teeth were found. The adequate rate of the length of'RCT in teeth was 64.3% (45/70), the adequate rate of density of RCT in teeth was 97.1% (68/70). Counted by root canals, the adequate rate 84.5% (185/219), the underextended rate and verextended rate were 5.9% (13/219) and 7.8% (17/219) respectively; the adequate rate of density was 99.0% (217/ 219). Conclusion CBCT can evaluate the quality of molar root canal filling of molars in three dimensions in length and density, the evaluation results are accurate and reliable.
