胎盘多肽注射液治疗糖尿病足溃疡的效果

目的观察胎盘多肽注射液治疗糖尿病足溃疡的效果。方法以重庆医科大学附属第二医院2010年1月～2012年1月收治的78例糖尿病足溃疡患者为研究对象。随机将其分为两组，对照组39例行常规治疗，观察组39例行常规治疗和胎盘多肽注射液治疗。分别观察两组患者治疗前后的溃疡愈合相关指标，包括溃疡长径、溃疡短径、溃疡深度以及踝肱指数（ABI）。同时，根据糖尿病足溃疡相关疗效评定标准对两组患者的疗效进行评定．并计算有效率。结果在患者溃疡愈合相关指标的观察上，治疗后两组患者的溃疡短径和溃疡深度较治疗前均得到明显减小（P〈0．05），ABI明显上升（P〈0．05）。但两组比较，观察组在溃疡短径、深度的减小幅度及ABI升高幅度的比较上明显大于对照组（P〈0．05），因此，相较于对照组，观察组疗效更为显著。同时，在治疗效果有效率的比较上，观察组有效率为92．3％，对照组有效率为74．36％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在糖尿病足溃疡的临床治疗中．除常规治疗外，加用胎盘多肽注射液可以显著提高治疗效果，建议临床推广应用。

Efficacy of Placental Peptide Injection in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Placental Peptide Injection in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods 78 cases of patients with diabetic foot ulcer who had been treated in the Second Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from January 2010 to January 2012 were selected in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases of the control group were given conventional treatment. 39 cases of the observation group were given conventional therapy and Placental Peptide Injection. The ulcers symptoms related indicators, including ulcers long diameter, short diameter ulcers, ulcer depth, and ankle-brachial index （ABI） of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Meanwhile, the efficacy of patients in the two groups was assessed ac- cording to the diabetic foot ulcers related evaluation criteria, and the efficient rate was calculated. Results On the ob- servation of symptoms related indicators of patients with ulcers, the ulcers short diameter and ulcer depth of patients in the two groups were reduced significantly after treatment compared to those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, ABI increased significantly （P 〈 0.05）. But the reducing extent of ulcer short diameter and depth and the increasing rate of ABI of patients in the observation group were significantly greater than those of patients in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, therefore, compared to the control group, the effect of patients in the observation group was more significant. Meanwhile, in the comparison of efficient of the treatment effects, the effective rate of patients in the observation group was 92.3% （36 cases） and that of patients in the control group was 74.36% （29 cases）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of diabetic foot ulcers, prior Placental Peptide Injection therapy in addition to conventional treatment can improve the treatment effect, so it can be applied popularly in the clinic.
