摘    要:三维有限元分析法是研究脊柱生物力学的重要手段之一。随着三维有限元分析软件技术的日趋成熟和对脊柱生物力学的认识不断加深,为相关学者对治疗脊柱相关疾病过程中的应力分析影响研究提供了有利条件,并日益受到医学界的重视。本文从有限元法概念及原理、构建脊柱有限元模型的作用、有限元在脊柱畸形研究中的应用及其医学应用前景等方面综述了近年来的一些研究进展。

Abstract:The three-dimensional finite element method is one of the most important methods in the study of spine biomechanics. With the maturing application of the three-dimensional finite element analysis software and further studies on spine biomechanics, it is creating favorable conditions for scholars on stress analysis influence research in spine-related disease treatment, and it is increasingly regarded in medical field. This article shows the concept and principle of finite element method, function of construction of spinal finite element model, application of finite element method in spine deformity, potential medical applications and so on.
