聋校学生致聋情况的回顾性分析

目的通过对医务人员、围婚期、新婚期及早孕妇女的健康教育，减少先天性耳聋及后天药物性耳聋发生率，提高人口素质。方法对上海市第四聋校120名学生进行回顾性调查。对引起后天性耳聋可能的因素加以比较分析。结果药物性致聋是聋哑儿童发病的主要原因之一，占全组的29．36％，并且是可以避免发生的。先天性聋哑遗传占了全组的12．85％，仍是聋哑儿童构成的重要因素。通过多年的健康教育，医务人员已十分关注药物致聋的问题。结论通过医务人员及家长知识水平的逐步提高，聋哑儿童的发生率可以减少。

Retrospective analysis on induced anacusis in students of school for deaf and dumb

Objective By health education for medical personnels, women around marriage, newly married and early pregnant women to decrease congenital or acquired drug induced anacusis for increasing quality of popu lation. Method Retrospective investigation was used in 120 students of Shanghai No. 4 school for deaf and dumb. Possible factors of coursing acqired anacusis were analysed and compared. Results Drug induced anacusis was one of the main causes of deaf-dumb children and accounted for 29.36% in the whole group and the disease was possible to be avoided. Congenital deaf-dumb heredity was accounted for 12.8%, it was still an importent factor in constitution of deaf-dumb children. Through several years of health education, medical person have been paying closely attention to problems of drug caused deafness. Conclusion Through gradual enhancement of level of knowledge, incidence of deaf and dumb children could be decreased.
