盐酸非那嗪奈对易卒中型自发性高血压大鼠的抗脑卒中作用

目的探讨盐酸非那嗪奈(fenazinel dihydrochloride,FD)对易卒中型自发性高血压大鼠(stroke-prone sponta-neously hypertensive rat,SHRSP)脑卒中的预防和治疗作用。方法 7周龄大小的SHRSP,令其每日摄入约1 g食盐以促进脑卒中的发生,同时每日腹腔注射剂量为1、3、10 mg/kg的FD。观察SHRSP脑卒中发生时间、存活时间和脑卒中后的神经症状的改变。结果FD可延缓SHRSP的脑卒中发生时间,延长动物脑卒中发生后的存活时间(P<0.05或P<0.01),低、中剂量还可减轻动物发生脑卒中后的神经症状(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 FD对SHRSP有一定的抗脑卒中作用。

Protective effects of fenazinel dihydrochloride against stroke in stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rats

Objective To investigate the protective effect of fenazinel dihydrochloride (FD) on stroke in stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHPSP) . Methods Male SHRSP, at 7 weeks of age, were fed with NaCl 1g/d to promote the stroke. FD at the doses of 1, 3, 10 mg/kg/d were injected intraperitoneally. The stroke occurrence time, the survival time after stroke, and changes of neuronic deficit score caused by stroke were observed. Results FD delayed the occurrence time of stroke in SHRSP and prolong the survival time. Furthermore, both the low and medium doses of FD reduced the neuronic deficit score after stroke. Conclusion Our data suggested that FD had protective effect in SHRSP.
