| 摘 要： | 目的:观察兔成骨细胞与血管内皮细胞在直接共培养条件下的形态学的变化及对血管内皮细胞增殖的影 响。方法:将体外培养的成骨细胞与血管内皮细胞经传代后分别以细胞数量为0:1、1:1、2:1、4:1设为4组,置于 同一培养皿中,培养1、3、5、7 d后观察两种细胞形态学的变化及成骨细胞对血管内皮细胞增殖情况的影响。结果: 两种细胞随共培养时间的延长,其细胞形态均呈长梭形。从生长曲线可见,细胞比例为2:1血管内皮细胞增殖程度 明显高于其他两实验组。结论:当成骨细胞与血管内皮细胞直接共培养时,各自失去自身细胞的形态而呈长梭 形;血管内皮细胞增殖程度可有显著的提高。

| Abstract: | Objective: Observe the influence on proliferation of rabbit vascular endothelial cell (RVEC) co-cultured with rabbit osteoblast (ROS). Methods: Select rabbit osteoblast co-cultured with rabbit vascular endothelial cell in ratios of 1 :1、2:1、4:1,observe morphology of two kinds of cell and proliferation of vascular endothelial cell. Results: The morphology of ROB and RVEC have become long shuttle with time going, similarly in group 2 the proliferation of RVEC is higher than the others. Conclusion: When two kinds of cell co-culturing they turn their original morphology into long shuttle respectively ; the proliferation of RVEC in group 2 has remarkable changed. |
