摘    要:目的 :了解阴沟肠杆菌中产ESBLs菌与非产ESBLs菌对 12种抗生素的耐药率 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 :梅里埃全自动微生物分析仪VITEK - 32系统鉴定细菌 ;ESBLs采用纸片扩散法。结果 :ESBLs菌对头孢菌素类的耐药率显著高于非产ESBLs菌 (P <0 .0 1) ,亚胺培南未发现耐药 ,环丙沙星、阿米卡星耐药率较低 ,产ESBLs菌与非产ESBLs菌对二药无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :应重视阴沟肠杆菌的ESBLs检测和药敏试验 ,合理选用抗生素。

Abstract:Objective: To understand drug resistance of 12 kinds antibiotics from ESBLs positive and ESBLs negative of Ent.cloacae,so as to use antibiotics resonably in clinic. Methods: To identifyby using biomerieux VITEK-32 automatic micoorganism analyzer system , ESBLs was tested by agar diffusion antimicrobial susceptibility testing. Results: ESBLs positive strains have higher resistance rate than ESBLs negative strains on use cephalosporin((P<0.01).Imipenem resistance has not been found from Ent cloacae.ciprofloxacin and amikacin have a low drug resistance,there were no significant difference between ESBLs positive and ESBLs positive (P>0.05). Conclusions: Attention should be paid to ESBLs and drug sensitivity test of Ent cloacae,and use antibiotics accordingly.
