综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病

目的观察综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果,探求神经根型颈椎病非手术治疗的合理方法。方法神经根型颈椎病患者121例,分为2组:A组61例,采用局部理疗、颈牵引、颈椎间孔前路阻滞及小针刀颈椎间孔外口松解术(综合组);B组60例采用局部理疗加颈牵引治疗(对照组)。结果综合治疗组(A组)总有效率为100％,显效与治愈52例占85．2％;对照组 (B组)总有效率86．2％(52例),显效与治愈31例,占51．7％。A组治疗效果明显高于B组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论神经根型颈椎病非手术治疗方法中,综合治疗的疗效优于单纯颈牵引与理疗效果,综合治疗在神经根型颈椎病非手术治疗中具有较好的临床应用价值。

Knife-needle combining therapy for cervicospondylitic radiculopathy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of knife-needle combining therapy for cer-vicospondylitic radiculopathy. Methods 121 patients of cervicospondylitic radiculopathy were divided into two groups. Group A (61 cases) received knife-needle combining therapy, including local physical traction, anterial block of cervical intervertebral foramen and cervical intervertebral foramen decompression by knife-needle; Group B (60 cases) only received local physical therapy. Results The effective rates and cure rate were 100% (61 patients) and 85.2% (52 patients) in group A, and 86% (52 patients) and 51.7% (31 patients) in group B, respectively. Clinical efficacy is significant better in group A than that in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion Among the non-operative therapies, knife-needle combining therapy is superior than simple cervical traction, and has good clinical efficacy for cervicospondylitic radiculopathy.
