甲钴胺联合丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

目的观察甲钴胺联合丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组均予以饮食控制、降血糖等治疗,治疗组予以甲钴胺联合丁咯地尔治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺治疗疗程为4周。结果治疗组DPN症状体征,神经传导速度明显高于对照组。结论甲钴胺联合丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的临床疗效。

Curative Effect Observation of Mecobalamine and Buflomedil for the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective To observe the effect of the combined therapy of buflomedi and mecobalamin for diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods 60 DPN cases were at random divided into treatment group （n=30） and control group （n=30）.The treatment group was given the combined therapy of buflomedi and mecobalamin for 4 weeks, during which the attention of diets and the control of blood sugar were performed simultaneously in the 2 groups.The control group was given mecobalamin. Results In the treatment group, the improvement of DPN symptoms and nervous conducting speed aremuchmore obvious than that in the control group. Conclusion The combined therapy of buflomedi and mecobalamin can effectively better the therapeutic outcome of DPN.
