图文式健康教育路径在糖尿病患者中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨图文式健康教育路径在糖尿病患者中应用的效果。方法:将98例糖尿病患者按住院时间分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规健康教育方法,实验组采用图文式健康教育路径方法,对干预前、后两组患者的糖尿病知识情况和干预后患者对健康教育的满意度进行调查和比较。结果:干预前两组患者糖尿病知识得分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);干预后实验组糖尿病知识得分及对健康教育满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:应用图文式健康教育路径对糖尿病患者进行健康教育可提高患者糖尿病知识水平,提高健康教育满意度,是一种可行的健康教育方法。

Impact of the application of graphic health education path on diabetes patients

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of the application of graphic health education path on patients with diabetes metlitus. Methods: 98 patients were assigned to a regular education group (control group) and a graphic health education path group (intervention group) according to time order. The Diabetic Knowledge Test (DKT) questionnaire and the degree of satisfaction questionnaire were used to compare between the intervention group and the control group. Results: After intervention patients' diabetic knowledge in observation group (16.53±2.77) was higher than the control group (14.59±2.78) (P〈0.01), and their degree of satisfaction was improved from (79.88±2.66)% to (93.22±3.82)%, a statistically difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Patients' diabetic knowledge level and their degree of satisfaction were improved significantly through graphic health education path, so graphic health education path should be widespread.
