摘    要:目的:探讨同伴教育在急诊科新护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:将2010年9月至2011年3月进入急诊科的新护士28人设为对照组,2011年9月至2012年3月进人急诊科的新护士31人设为实验组,对照组接受传统培训方法,实验组在传统培训的基础上接受同伴教育干预。比较两组护士在知识、技能、奖惩以及综合能力等方面的得分。结果:实验组护士的知识、技能、综合能力的得分和受表彰的例数均高于对照组,投诉发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:同伴教育有助于提高新护士规范化培训的效果。

The application of peer education in standardized training for new nurses in Emergency Department

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of peer education on standardized training for new nurses in Emergency Department. Methods: Twenty eight nurses who came into the Emergency Department from September 2010 to March 2011 were enrolled as the control group, while those 31 nurses who came from September 2011 to March 2012 were set to the experimental group. The control group received traditional training, while the experimental group received peer education intervention combined with the traditional training. The scores of knowledge, skills, rewards and punishments, as well as comprehensive ability were compared. Results:The scores of knowledge, skills, comprehensive ability and the number of praise received in experimental group were higher than control group, while the complaint incidence was lower (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Peer education may be useful to improve the effect of standardized training for new nurses.
