手术室专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建

摘    要:目的:构建一套科学合理的手术室专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲法对45名专家进行两轮函询,确定手术室专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的各级指标及权重。结果:形成了由6个一级指标、27个二级指标、73条评价标准组成的评价指标体系。结论:专家的积极性和权威程度高,意见的协调程度好;形成的手术室专科护士核心能力评价指标体系可为手术室专科护士核心能力的培养、考核和评价提供依据。

Construction of core competence evaluation index system for operating room nurses

Abstract:Objective: To establish core competence evaluation index system of operating room nurses. Methods: Forty-five experts were consulted by a two-round Delphi survey, and finally established the core competence evaluation index system of operating room nurses. Results: The core competence evaluation index system includes 6 first-level indicators, 27 second-level indicators, and 73 evaluation criterions. Conclusion: There had a high level of enthusiasm, authority and team coordination in experts. The core competence evaluation index system of operating room nurses can be the reference for training, examining and assessing the operating room nurses' core competence.
