颅内蛛网膜囊肿的临床分类及治疗方法选择

目的：研究颅内蛛网膜囊肿的临床分类及治疗方法的选择。方法：对３６例颅内不同部位、经过手术治疗的蛛网膜囊肿进行分析，着重结合临床表现、影像学特点以及手术治疗进行临床分型，提出各型标准和手术治疗选择原则，并应用神经窥镜治疗蛛网膜囊肿，与常规手术比较。结果：本组３４例（９１．７％）治愈，临床症状消失。神经窥镜治疗者均获痊愈。结论：对颅内蛛网膜囊肿进行临床分型有助于科学选择治疗术式。神经窥镜治疗颅内蛛网膜囊肿是一种较好的方法。

Clinical Classification and Selection of Treatment Methods for Intracranial Arachnoid Cysts

Purpose:To study the clinical classification and the selection of treatment methods for intracranial arachnoid cysts(IAC). Methods: 36 IAC cases which varied in sites and had undergone operative treatment were analysed. According to clinical manifestation and the characteristics of imaging and operative treatment, the clinical types and its standards as well as the principles for selection of operative treatment were put forward. And in addition, the neuroendoscope treatment group and the operative treatment group were compared. Results: 34 cases(91.7%) were cured, and all the cases in neuroendoscope treatment group were cured. Conclusions: The clinical classification of IAC is favorable to scientific selection for operative treatment. And in addition, the neuroendoscope treatment is a good method for treating IAC.
