女性膀胱出口梗阻的影像尿动力学特点分析

目的:探讨女性膀胱出口梗阻患者的影像尿动力学异常表现及临床意义。方法:回顾分析50例女性膀胱出口梗阻患者的影像尿动力检查结果。结果:膀胱颈梗阻21例(42%),中远端尿道梗阻20例(40%),尿道外口梗阻3例(6%),膀胱脱垂4例(8%),尿道憩室2例(4%);储尿症状为主占18%,排尿症状为主占36%,混合症状为主占46%;可见逼尿肌不稳定13例(26%),膀胱顺应性减低24例(48%)。结论:影像尿动力学检查能了解患者逼尿肌的功能状况,并能准确判断下尿路梗阻的解剖水平,为临床治疗的选择提供了可靠的依据。

Analysis on videourodynamic characteristics for bladder outlet obstruction in women

Objective: To investigate the abnormal appearance and clinical significance of videourody-namic for bladder outlet obstruction in women.Methods: The videourodynamic results from 50 female pa-tients with bladder outlet obstruction were analyzed.Results: 42% of the patients were bladder neck ob-struction,40% were distal urethral stricture,6% were external orifice of urethra obstruction,8% of the pa-tients were prolapse of bladder,4% were urethral diverticulum.18% were storage symptoms,36% were voiding symptoms,46% were mixed symptoms.26% of the patients were detrusor overactivity,48% were lower compliance bladder.Conclusion: Videourodynamic is a specific method for female bladder outlet ob-struction.It could evaluate the detrusor function,as well as the precise anatomic location of the bladder outlet obstruction.
