| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鼻咽癌首发症状误诊原因。方法：对经病理活检证实因首发症状而误诊的鼻咽癌２６例进行分析。结果：２６例中误诊为卡他性中耳炎了５例，颈淋巴结炎７例，三叉神经痛３例，慢性咽炎１例。结论：因发病部位隐蔽，检查困难，病灶不易发现，早期症状不明显，未仔细询问病史，或有鼻咽癌首发症状，但末作仔细检查而误诊。需大力开展卫生宣教 ，以能早发现，早治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the cause of misdiagnosis of the initial syndromes in rhinopharyngocele.Method:Twenty six cases with rhinopharyngocele were analyzed.Results:Rhinopharyngocele was misdiagnosed as catarrhal otitis media,15;cervical lymphadenitis,7;trigeminal neuralgia,3;chronic pharyngitis,1.Conclusions:The pathogenic site is concealed and the syndromes are obscure,on the other hand,the patients are not inquired the anamnesis detailed and not carefully examined. |
