巩膜瓣形态对小梁切除术后效果的影响

目的：为研究巩膜瓣形态对小梁切除术后效果的影响。方法：行方形巩膜瓣下小梁切除术４３眼，三角形巩膜瓣下小梁切除术３９眼，对术后效果和并发症进行观察对比。结果：术９９ｄ眼压低于３．１７ｋＰａ者方形巩膜瓣组４０眼（９３．０２％），三角形巩膜瓣组２９眼（７４．３６％）。方形巩膜瓣组发生术后并发症１４眼（３２．５６％），三角巩膜瓣组２４眼（６１．５４％），结论：三角形巩膜瓣比方形巩膜瓣下小梁切除术效果差，易

The effects after trabeculectomy by different shaped scleral flap

Objective :To study the effects of different shaped flap on postoperative outcome of trabeculectomies.Method:The authors performed trabeculectomies beneath the square scleral flap on 43 eyes and the triangular flap on 39 eyes,and compared the postoperative effects between the two groups.Results:Postoperatively,40 eyes (93.02%)in the square flap group and 29 eyes (74.36%)in the triangular flap group had intraocular pressure of less than 3.17 kPa. Fourteen eyes (32.56%) in the square flap group and twenty four eyes (61.54%)in the triangular flap group had postoperative complications.Conclusions:The outcome of trabeculectomies beneath the triangular flap was worse than that beneath the square flap and was easier to cause the flat anterior chamber,the encapsulated filtering blebs and the recurrence of glaucoma.
