| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同原因的中枢性滑车神经麻痹应用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法：对４种不同原因引起的中枢性滑车神经麻痹，应用中药四物汤加减，配以西药大剂量激素、高压氧仓治疗。结果：４５例中枢性滑车神经麻痹除２例脑肿瘤外，总有效率为７９．０７％。结论：中西医结合治疗中枢性滑车神经麻痹效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of treating the central trochlear pulsy with the combined methods.Method:Forty five patients were treated with Chinese traditional medicine of Siwu Tang Jiajian,western medicine of large quantity of hormone and hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy.Result:Twenty five patients were cured.The total effective rate was 79.07%.Conclusion:The treatment of central trochlear pulsy with combined methods is effective. |
