| 摘 要： | 目的：观察高血糖内白内障患者人工晶体植入的疗效。方法：对２０例血糖难以控制在安全范围的糖尿病患者与２０例血糖控制在安全范围的糖尿病患者在行白内障囊外摘除联合房型人工晶体植入术后进行比较。结果：两组术后视力及并发症的发生率差异均无显著性（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：对血糖难以控制在安全范围的糖尿病患者，只要全身状况良好，行白内障人工晶体植入术是可行的，且能达到预期复明的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in patients with hyperglycemia.Method:20 diabetic patients with uncontrolled blood sugar level were compared with 20 diabetics with well controlled blood sugar. They were performed extractio cataractae extracapsularis (ECCE) combined with posterior chamber IOL implantation.Result: No significant change was observed in postoperative visual and incidence of complications(P>0.05).Conclusion:As long as the general condition is good, it is practicable to perform ECCE with IOL in diabetic patients with uncontrolled blood sugar level and expectant vision can be achieved. |
