| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨强化胰岛素治疗对脓毒症病人D-乳酸和二胺氧化酶(DAO)的影响,观察胰岛素对脓毒症病人肠黏膜通透性的作用。方法:将48例脓毒症病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组病人用胰岛素治疗,血糖严格控制在5.0~7.0 mmol/L。对照组病人常规治疗,血糖控制在10.0~11.9 mmol/L。于治疗前后检测血浆D-乳酸含量和DAO活性。结果:治疗后治疗组病人血浆D-乳酸水平和DAO活性明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:胰岛素能降低脓毒症病人肠道黏膜通透性,减少肠道细菌移位,改善肠功能障碍。
