| 摘 要： | 目的:为神经外科提供显微解剖学资料。方法:采用15个成人新鲜头颅标本,颈内动脉及椎动脉灌注朱红乳胶后在手术显微镜下解剖观察。结果:小脑前下动脉出现率为100%,其中分支迷路动脉、回返穿通动脉、弓状下动脉的出现率分别为100%、90.0%、13.3%。小脑前下动脉在面神经根附近形成小脑前下动脉袢,出现率为83.3%。结论:小脑前下动脉的显微解剖有助于神经外科医生在桥小脑角区手术,避免损伤这些动脉。

| Abstract: | Objective: To provide the anatomical data for neurosurgery.Methods: 15 fresh postmortal adult brains were perfused with bright red emuls via internal carotid artery and vertebral artery,then dissected and observed under operative microscope in detail.Results: Anterior inferior cerebellar artery(AICA) was constantly present in all specimens(100%),the incidence of labyrinthine artery(LA),recurrent perforating artery(RPA) and subarcuate artery(SA) was 100%,90.0%,13.3% respectively.The incidence of AICA formed the loop of AICA near facial root was 83.3%.Conclusion: The anatomical data of the cerebellar arteries are necessary for safe neurosurgical operations in the cerebellopontile angle(CPA).Great care must be taken to avoid damage to the vessels and the nerves. |
